Ancestral Health Society Call for Board Members
Calling all experienced leaders!
AHS is looking for Board Members who are passionate about Ancestral Health and who possess skills to lead the organization in accordance with its non-profit, educational mission as a public-benefit 501(c)(3).
Since its inception, AHS has operated via a hobbyist-volunteerism model, relying on energetic and thoughtful volunteers to lead the Ancestral Health Symposium, the Journal of Evolution and Health, and other AHS endeavors.
However, as AHS has grown, finding several more Board Members with skills in the following areas has become increasingly important to ensure that AHS can continue serving its mission effectively and sustainably. We are looking for candidates with expertise in the following areas:
- Social Media
Board Members participate in quarterly one-hour teleconferences and occasionally correspond via email for time-sensitive items. Prospective Board Members wishing to take a more active role in symposium planning may consider joining the Program Team or core Planning Team.
Please note that all Board Members are volunteers, and this is not a paid position.
If you have any questions, please share them via the form below. AHS Board Members will review your submission and reach out to you to discuss further.
We appreciate your consideration of joining the AHS leadership team!
